Account Payable Analyst

Job Summary 

  • Review and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payment schedules for Bahri's Riyadh office, review supplier reconciliations, managing Branches/Business Unit/Agent’s fund transfers and other employee related expenses. 


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establish, monitor & maintaining process/log of receipt of vendor invoices & verify such invoices against contract terms and final delivery note of goods/service and accurate recording of approved invoices. Ensuring proponent signature approvals as per line of authority for payment and Tax & GAZT compliances for payments.

  • Prepare and maintain accounts payable audit schedule, identify payment due dates, and provide treasury a payment schedule for processing. Maintaining Aging of accounts payable invoices and ensuring payment of those invoices as per the due dates. Ensure timely fund transfers to Branches, Agents Current Account & business unit teams.

  •    Reconcile vendor and supplier transactions to GL and ensure correct reconciliation between GL and accounts payable subsystems(AP). Prepare reconciliation and expenditure settlement related to funds disbursed. Perform monthly reconciliation of all payable suspense accounts to ensure closing to appropriate chart of accounts. Prepare necessary audit schedules for related payable GL accounts. Perform periodic and ad-hoc supplier reconciliations as required.

  • Preparing and maintaining all accounts payable invoices in a sequential order along with Invoice legitimate copy, supporting documents, and related approvals. Maintaining official approved documentation for all related accounts payable & payment procedures. Review ERP job aid documents for all AP related ERP activities.


Required Educational Level:

  •   Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.


Required Experience and Knowledge  

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience including experience of ERP financial modules.
