Supervise and organise the facilities management area by complying to safety standards, cost efficiency and general maintenance needs. Oversee the relationship with building agents, office suppliers and oversee the execution of the preventive and regular maintenance schedule for the building.

Key Performance Area

Main Activities

Building Management

Schedule, monitor and effectively follow up on the progress of repair works/renovations for all the buildings. Ensure efficient use of available resources and lead negotiation and contractual process with building and relevant contractors and vendors.

Facility Selection & Relocation

Identify suitable property for office space, warehouse or yard and manage the relocation and move in process efficiently whenever required.

Safety Regulations

Ensure the safety of the staff, visitors, and the building. Actively participate in the development of safety policies and prepare schedules for emergency drills, safety assessments for the buildings. Advice on investments in safety equipment.

Filing & Reports

Maintain and ensure custody of department's files. Prepare required reports for timely submission to facilitate management review. Ensure all related documents and files are properly archived

 

Reception & Drivers

Oversee, direct and monitor reception operations and allocate tasks to company drivers and ensure high quality of service.

Supply and Vendor management

In cooperation with Procurement to analyse and update the approved vendor list, create synergies and look for cost cutting ideas.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or Higher Vocational Diploma in Facilities Management.

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
