Job Summary:

 

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by liaising with respective department to obtain required information to enhance customer satisfaction. Perform customer audits as per line manager directives.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to customer with prompt solutions with accurate information to facilitate smooth operations process and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform customer audits as per line manager directions and audit check list to optimize delivery to existing customers and pursue new customers.
  • Monitor Website inquiries and respond with appropriate solutions and relevant information.
  • Adopt and apply new professional strategies and policies within the area of responsibility in accordance with management directions.

 

 

Required Educational Level:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Management or equivalent

 

 

Required Experience:

 

4 years of experience of commercial shipping experience.
