Job Summary:

Manage the commercial and operational relationship with assigned key accounts by managing the full sales and services cycle to develop and improve a strong relationship and to increase business opportunities within large accounts/customers. Respond to escalated issues from the key account.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage designated account through building strong relationships with key contacts and following through sales initiatives and contracted service provision. Protect the account from competition through supplier’s exclusive service contracts, and achieve a long lasting and profitable relationship.
  • Planning and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Prepare account plan to stay focused on the customer’s business objectives and goals to ensure they achieve the planned results and create a consistent experience for the customer.
  • Liaise with all internal and Corporate functions and agents; take the necessary actions to secure business continuity and ensure that all shipments of the account are completed.
  • Manage escalated complaints or issues in second line. Ensure that appropriate measures are taken to prevent and resolve issues and customer complaints.
  • Identify needs and opportunities within assigned accounts to cross sell relevant services, secure maximum shipment services, and increase the account volume and wallet.


Required Educational Level:

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. Management or equivalent.


Required Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, minimum of 2 years of relevant experince.
